BALANCING Bath Tea
This organic BALANCING BATH TEA is intended to inspire you to take some special time for yourself by connecting to your body and clearing your head. A luxurious blend of red rose, damiana leaf, stinging nettle leaf, & calendula will help you detox, de-stress, and boost your mental (and physical) stamina. If you don’t have a bath tub, this tea can be used as a lovely facial steam to help unclog pores, soften skin, and encourage relaxation. It may also be used to activate clay masks such as our CLEANSING CLAY or used as a foot soak.
DIRECTIONS Steep about ¼ of the 2oz bag (or ½ of 0.8oz bag) in 3 cups of hot water using a French press or a small pot on a stove for 15-20 minutes. After steeping, draw a comfortably hot bath and strain the botanical tea into the tub. Soak for at least 20 minutes allowing yourself to let go and unwind. (If you don’t have the time to steep the botanicals ahead of time, simply fill one of our reusable BATH BAGS and toss into the tub; please note, this method will result in a less fragrant & potent ritual.) This tea makes for a great full moon bath or a pre-date ceremony. To complete the ritual combine with Kalme Co.’s “BALANCING Bath Salts” for a more aromatic and detoxifying experience. STORE IN A COOL DRY PLACE.
