Refund policy
Due to our limited staff & nature of our products, returns are not accepted at this time. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, we simply do not have the infrastructure to handle these requests yet. As we grow, we hope to include this as an option. If you don’t love your purchase, reach out directly & we will work with you to organize an exchange or come up with a solution as best we can. The buyer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with an exchange.

If your order is flagged as being potentially fraudulent we reserve the right to reach out directly asking you to confirm details and/or cancel your order. All chargebacks that occur for orders in which the purchaser has not been in contact via email to discuss an exchange or resolution prior to filing the chargeback request waives their rights to such a request. All chargeback requests will be fought by Kalme Co.
